Your response shows your professionalism.When the car was left with you, the seat was intact. When we received the car back, even before driving out of your premises, we noticed and reported the slit. Old leather will either flake or break, not slit so perfectly. Ill let logic do the rest.As for your offer for the free of charge repairs, if you genuinely meant to extend it, you would have done so on the spot instead of walking away mid conversation. So, I will have to turn down your offer of free of charge repairs as it is not for the sake of your ill service and purely out of saving face from this review.Lastly, this conversation and your excuses are not worth my time and sanity.Good luck with your business and try not to ruin others cars in the future. If you happen to, GENUINELY APOLOGIZE.----------------------------------------------------------------Absolutely the WORST customer service and work. They slit my cars leather seat and didnt even bother apologizing. Infact, we were told that we mustve slit it ourselves which is absurd. Mid conversation, the guy just turned around and walked off yelling we didnt do this. He got defensive about the seat cut even before properly looking at it which clearly meant he knew about it and was trying to cover it up instantly. Would NEVER recommend these guys if you love your car.

First of all five stars for quality of work they done on interior detailing regardless the condition of the car, and than after but not list for the professionalism of the team , who manage to pick up the car from my location and do the job on time which is priceless in fact.FYI it was a form mustang interior detailing and I will strongly recommend this place.

Got windows tinted as a reasonable price in an hour.One thing i noticed and can be ignored is small scratch mark on the tint which might have happened during the application.But overall very impressed with work done

The staff here is very nice and they do there work properly on time and and they have the proper knowledge of their work.

Im giving this company 2 stars because I regret hiring them for their services. I asked them to do a couple of things and agreed to a reasonable quote. They picked up my car, said they will return it in 2 days, was asked for 1 more day extension and another, until finally they returned it after 5 days, not at the time promised but after sunset when it was impossible to inspect the car properly as it was too dark. Checked the small repair and painting work in the bumper but was disappointed that they had not not it properly at all! Old paint and scratches were will there! The next morning, we inspected the tint and it was full of bubbles! We called up Jeevan and told him that we were extremely disappointed with the quality of their work! He offered to redo all the work, giving lots of excuses however after all that weve been through, we dont trust their company to take the car back and redo everything! Ive lost a couple of days being immobile as they failed to deliver the car on time and cant afford to lose more days because of their incompetence. Stressful experience!

I used Smart Auto for cleaning the interior of my car. They shampooed and sterilized everything. It was spotless! They did a great job!! It feels like a brand new car!They were also very fast. I gave them the car at 4pm and it was ready by 8pm.I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Good and clean work but I found it a bit expensive, I went there to make my motorcycle headlight and I felt that it was over priced.A part of that, the quality of work is pretty fine.

Very good and reasonably priced window tinting.I checked the prices for tinting from Sharjah and Satva and surprisingly I got the best prices for this quality here.I had a cheap film installed earlier and I could immediately tell the temperature difference after they installed the Totalgard foil.Makes a big difference!Definitely recommending this company!

Excellent service, affordable price, quality product, this place is run by Mr.Jeevan & his team.I am glad I came to you guys and will give 5 stars to the entire Smart auto team for doing a good job and helping me choose the right tints for my car. They are very honest and show the heat, infrared & UV reduction percentage on films using a digital meter which most of them dont. Would highly recommend them after my experience.

I had my car tinted from here, quality work, good price and they even gave me a lift back home and picked me up when it was ready. ! I am going back for sure !

Very poor service. I had interior & exterior deep sedan cleaning which suppose to last 3 to 5h. They took car in the evening and instead delivering at 2pm next day like agreed, they ask for 4pm, then 6pm and at the end deliver car at 8pm. Will never use their services again.

I have given the car for interior cleaning, window tinting and body waxing. The service received worth every Dirham spent. Pricing is open for negotiation and I felt he was geniune in quoting the prices. Job well done and delivered the services as promised. only one complaint is that payment to be made Cash only. Would like to add a two suggestions01. Consider to have credit card payment method as nowadays even small groceries have the credit card payment facilities.02. If you can send photos or video while the vehicle undergo the service via WhatsApp it would add great value to your service.overall Im satisfied with the services received and will visit again for future needs.
